Who we are

Tesus Academy brings together some of Scandinavia's most experienced advisors in communication, risk assessment, and conflict management — working alongside specialists in media production, video graphics, and software development.

Built on more than two decades of expertise through Alexander Tilly AB and Sustainable Interaction AB, we've delivered training to clients in over 20 countries across a wide range of sectors.

Our subject-matter experts combine first-hand experience from high-risk professions with strong academic credentials. By uniting current research with proven field practice, we create courses that are both evidence-based and genuinely effective in everyday working life.
